How do we make our Holiday transfers reservation?

You make the reservation by using our reservation form available on Holiday transfers webpage. This form offers you the possibility of choosing the number of persons, the starting point and the destination address, the exact date and time of the transfer and the type of vehicle you want to pick you up.





What types of vehicles does Holiday tranfers offer?

Holiday transfers offers cars (1 – 4 persons), van buses (4 – 8 persons), mini buses (9 – 17 persons) and buses (18 – 30 and 30 – 50 persons).





What happens in case of our flight coming later than expected? Is our driver still available to us or should we contact you again?

Holiday transfers staff checks the time of flight arrival every 20 to 25 minutes so the drivers are informed about flights being late. Your Holiday taxi transfer driver will be waiting for you at the exit terminal. The price of Holiday taxi transfer remains the same regardless of waiting.





How do we pay our Holiday taxi transfer?

20% of the payment of Holiday taxi transfer is done at the moment of making the reservation and the rest is paid in cash to the driver at the arrival to the destination address.





How should we find our driver at the arrival to the strating point?

Your driver will be waiting for you at the starting point on time. If the starting point is a ferry port, a bus station, a railway station or an airport, the driver will be waiting for you at the exit terminal holding a tag with your name and surname written on it.





Is it permitted to smoke and drink alcohol in Holiday transfers vehicles?

It is forbidden to smoke and drink alcohol while using Holiday taxi transfer services.





How can we cancel our Holiday transfers reservation?

Holiday transfers reservation can be cancelled no later than 3 days before the departure, you just need to send an e-mail or call us.





How long will the ride in Holiday transfers vehicles last?

The duration of journey in Holiday transfers vehicles will be written in your reservation. It depends on the distance between the starting point and the destination address, roadway conditions, weather conditions and the traffic jam.





Are the written prices valid for a vehicle or for a person?

All prices are valid for the type of vehicle you choose, not for a person.





What if the passengers have children who come with them?

Children up to 12 years old aren't allowed to travel alone. Children aged 12 to 18 have to have parents' written permission for travelling. If you need a child seat or a booster for your transfer, please let us know when you make the reservation.
